Doorstep by ClearBalance is a healthcare billing platform designed to simplify the billing experience for providers and patients. Ahead of its soft launch, I created a suite of sales tools to introduce the technology and make its benefits easy to understand. Through visual storytelling, animation, infographics, and editorial design, I translated the platform’s technology into clear, approachable communications while highlighting its ease of integration, cost benefits, and ability to create a more seamless patient billing experience. The final deliverables included an animated presentation for the ClearBalance booth at Becker’s Healthcare Conference, a white paper, and an infographic. Together, the materials gave the sales team engaging ways to introduce Doorstep and communicate its value to healthcare providers.
