COMMIT Foundation Annual Report

As a military family member, I have experienced the anxieties and uncertainty that can come with a service member’s transition to civilian life. That personal connection gave me a deep appreciation for the Commit Foundation’s mission to help service members, veterans, and their families navigate that transition by connecting them with resources, building strong networks, and helping them translate their skills and passions into meaningful civilian careers. For the Foundation’s 2018 Annual Report, the goal was to create a publication that reflected the strength and optimism of that mission while honoring the people it serves. I developed a bold, engaging visual direction inspired by the Foundation’s vibrant color palette, using strong typography, dynamic layouts, and authentic imagery to create a report that felt as confident and courageous as the service members and families behind its mission. The result was an annual report that not only communicated the Foundation’s impact, but also celebrated the people at the heart of its work.
